Maturity rate: It honestly depends if I need to be mature or not, It can vary from 1/10 to 10/10 whatever you would want. I understand this doesn't look appealing but you will see that I can be a good asset to your server.
What can you do to help the server: I can help moderate it, help players, report and fix problems that arise, build if needed, advertise, almost anything you would need from a moderator/helper/player.
Experience: I've been an admin many times on a variety of different types of server a while back. I've recently been trying to get back into minecraft.
