Hi there! I am the owner of a server. I have little to no clue what direction I want to take this server. I do know I am leaning more towards survival with a few commands.I am not worried about the development aspect as I am well versed in that. I do however wish to find some builders, moderators, and beta testers. Beforehand I would like to let everyone who has read this far along that the word is apple, add it to your application to let me know you've read through this all. I am looking for builders (2), moderators (1), and beta testers (6). That is all I am looking for. People applying for anything else will be disregarded and so forth.

Why do you wish to join?: To be honest, at the moment it is only to check it out. I don't like to make commitments or promises that I can't keep. Since you still have no idea what direction your server is going in, I'd say that my reason for joining is to take a chance and to see if your server has what it takes to be great. I've been waiting for a long time now for a server that needs staff and that has the potential to be amazing.
Small paragraph about you.: My name is Josh. I was born in California on September 24th, 1997. When I was 2 my dad took a business job in Costa Rica and I have lived down there for 16 years. I plan to go to college in California next year. My favorite sports are Basketball, tennis, soccer, American football, and volleyball. I love playing guitar, MMO's and Minecraft.
For Moderators:
Why do you think I should hire you? Because I am older and, therefore, more mature than most Minecrafters. Also, because I am super experienced, which I guess I'll talk about below. I have a vast skill set. The one I'll use the most while moderating is my ability to control situations calmly and analytically, and my friendliness towards others. Most of my subordinates and players on servers that I have been the owner on have told me that I am extremely easy to talk to. I also have a great amount of knowledge about all things Minecraft. I have set up dozens of servers as either a dev, co-owner, or the big man himself, and because of that I will be able to help you mold the server that you wish it to become.
Experience with moderation? I have been playing as a staff member on Minecraft since 2011. I have been a moderator, builder, admin, head-admin, co-owner, owner, dev, and more and have NEVER, mind you NEVER, been fired for doing something stupid or reacting to a situation incorrectly in all of that time. That may tell you that I am a person that hops around on servers a lot and won't stay on yours for long. But the truth is, I have just been looking for a place that I can chill and have fun every day in a constantly growing environment. I just haven't found it yet. So I sincerely hope that your server will be the place.
