Builders server idea

So, i noticed i got alot of spare change lying around, so why not make a server. Right?
I've made servers before and they're alot of effort to run, so i thought what if i made a server which didnt need alot of hassle to run AND people can still enjoy.
Heres my idea: A server mainly for builders, Most likely white listed. Where they come on when they're bored and just build. Then when sombody wanted somthing being built, they could just go on the server and ask for some builders, or even just ask the server to build a map for them. The builders would like the projects, there would be no need for staff AND people wouldnt have to place hope in randomly found builders.
What i want to know is your ideas, what you think would happen and why. Well pretty much your thoughts on the idea, and if you would want in.
