Builders/Staff Needed

Staff need to be 16 years old, but may consider right candidate under if they possess a high level of maturity.
Friendly, fun, and mature. Sense of humor with that perfect twisted twist would be a bonus!
Use Skype for voice calls to discuss building/admin/moderator ideas, etc.
General Idea
I am ready to purchase my server now, but before I do, I'd like to see what sort of staff group I can put together so that it is sure to be an amazing server to own, play in, and be a part of, for all involved.
I am not interested in a whole bunch of fluff with it. I want a couple cities/towns, adventure, survival mode, and fun mini games. Other than that I'm open to original ideas and am all for coming up with something extraordinary with bright minds.
Staff Needed
Builders - Detail oriented, realize stone and wood is not the only building material to bring something to life. Able to adapt to various styles. Be able to build into the landscape, not just on flat plain surfaces.
Development Team - Knowledge of plugins, and the ins and outs of minecraft. Possess patience to share information, don't be a know it all. But know as much about it all as possible.
Administrators - Mature, ability to know, follow, and enforce the rules. Knowledge of plugins, play styles, various games, play styles, etc. Experience is important, but will train the right person.
Moderators - Able to be friendly, follow and enforce the rules. Eager to learn. Right mindset is more important than experience in this case.
