Can i ask what does trying not to ban people have to building??

6.) Previous Experiences: I have been moderator and admin on a couple of servers, basically you can say I'm experienced.
7.) In a short paragraph or more, explain how you would go about handling a situation which both parties have a different story. Keep in mind we make an effort to not ban people. If there were both parties with a different story, I would take both words and look at both of them and look at it from both views. If I can't decide on what to do, I will ask an upper rank staff to help me.
8.) Anything else you would like to add? I am mature, obedient to the rules and will not disobey it, and would love to work with your server to help it thrive to the top!
