Bukkit Plugin Requests

I've ran out of ideas, with my current plugins. I believe I have done the extent of what they are needed for however, I'm looking for any request or ideas that any of you have in a bukkit plugin. Reasonable ideas will be considered and created. All suggestions appreciated.

I've been looking for a plugin that makes it so users can't swim, or makes it very hard to do so. I thought of this as a plugin idea because I want to make using bridges a necessity, and make the wilderness more difficult to traverse, so players stick to the roads.
