BUKKIT SERVER

hello i went to bukkit.org and tried to get a bukkit server i followed all the instructions but the RUN.bat file wont work any suggestions? and there is no plugins folder no matter what i do can someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
