Bukkit Server Ideas.

Hello,
I recently purchased some server hosting to make minecraft videos on. Now i am wondering about what to do with it. Here is what i have in mind...
A grief enabled post apocalyptic factions server. Like an rpg but you choose your own path. No quests or anything, you can help people and start a colony or just become a total troll.
Should we have a dynmap?
What kind of apocalypse?
Survival or adventure?
I also need a large abandoned city map. Anyone got a good map i can use. I will put your handle in the credits at spawn. Or is there a few people that would be willing to build it? I can give you premium features (i plan to add a buycraft plugin).

The server can hold fifteen people for now but if you guys need more slots I'll gladly buy more ram and slots.
