Bukkit server.. (NEEDS STAFF)

Hello everyone. I'm planning to start up a new bukkit server.
Now, to anyone whos wonder.. I do have a server, but it is small and is more of a "friends only" area.. After decided to go public, the first thing i'd need is staff.. What am I looking for?
Age 14+

Mods: Handpicked and chosen from the best recruits to the elite (You will never pay for this rank, Admin and co owner ranks are donation wise to show dedication to what they say they will do)
