♥CaekCraft♥ [Moderators & Builders Needed!]
Hello there!
CaekCraft is a survival/factions server aimed to provide a fun environment for teenage players (12+). We have plenty of entertaining features for non-donator members, including full Factions plugin access and disguises!
However, to keep up and running, we need a staff team. We are turning to the PMC community for mature future staff members. They must meet these requirements:
- You must be 13+
- You must have a Skype.
- You must have never been banned for over one week.
- You must have never been muted for over one week.
- You must have never been forum banned (on our site) for over a week.
- You must register on the forums on acceptance. This can be found in the "server information" section
We are in need of these positions:
- Moderators (moderators will be promoted to Admins over time)
- Admins (you must be promoted from moderator first ♥ but I may consider if you seem promising)
- Builders

8. Why you're the best choice: Because I possess a wide vary of skills ranging from plugin management to graphics and editing. It's all about quality not quantity and that's an image that a vast number of servers fail to see.
9. Why you want to be a staff member: My main objective and reason for attaining staff would be because I'm looking to develop my skills in moderation and administration somehow, I want to get better at managing situations and making friendships with people too. I also want to be part of a community that I can strongly help grow and be part of.

Experiences as an online server or site administrator: I've had a few experiences, most were quite well and fun experiences that I'll remember, I was administrator for another server, I monitored the server statistics and added features. I loved my experiences on that server. It has sadly closed at this time.

Why you want to be a staff member: Well I'm a pretty down to earth guy, I don't abuse any power or argue/be a donkey to players, I'm really respectful and players (usually) love to hang out with me, on more than one server I've been called 'de epic bawus lord', I also would like to help you out with your server, I know good help is hard to come by these days that's why I'm applying, I've owned my own server so I know the importance of mature family friendly staff who help instead of spawn gmc items, I also know how staff can say they'll be active '24/7' but only are on maybe 2-3 hours a month, now I can't promise i'll be on everyday nor will I want to be, but I do promise at least 1-3 hours when not busy riding my pro-scooter/dirt biking/everything.

Why you're the best choice:I will do many things including but not limited to; Cleansing the Community, I can keep many hackers/griefers/evildoers out of this server or, I will serve justice rightfully. Building, when I build, I am above average however, I need to have a picture in my mind of what I'm building so then I can make the appropriate adjustments to the building when I'm finished. I normally build what I'm building first and then I perfect it afterwards. I can also improve staff morale or just any players in that matter, I like telling jokes that make people feel better. (when they are appropriate that is.) I can help with discipline as well, I have worked with many childish Administrators/Moderators that abuse their commands and pretty much did whatever they pleased. I was one of the few that would help discipline them, tell them what they should be working on instead of goofing off and in the end it actually did some work, they started doing their jobs correctly. I'm not harsh unless the situation demands harshness, if it's something simple like a staff member didn't do their job well, I will just tell them (in the nicest manner possible) what they should change and how it will influence them. All of these, are just a selected few of my best attributes.
9. Why you want to be a staff member:I must be honest, admin is better than moderator also i love helping servers out, making them grow and become a better community. I feel like i can make a difference in the community if i have more power than that, i feel as if im on when no one else is (Around midnight) then the players will have a safe state of mind knowing im there to help!
10. Experiences as an online server or site administrator:I have owned multiple minecraft servers, and one can be proven if you go to my page. I have also had experience on other servers, but as the servers i have had staff on have shut down, i cant prove this either.I have experience with plugin configuration/commands aswell. I know essentials to world edit to a little bit of voxel sniper and PermissionsEx (and groupmanager).

@fuhscinating, I must ask, is English your first language? I did notice some grammar mix-ups, but I would also love to have someone multi-lingual join the server.

8. Why you're the best choice: I am charismatic and I usually get along well with other players. I am friendly, patient, and responsible. I know basic plugins such as most of what is associated with Essentials, LogBlock, BanManagement, basically staff commands. I have been an admin once but that server got shut down. I am a moderator for another server at the moment but I can manage my time and I will put ample time to helping out as best I can on your server. I do not know any coding, but I'm willing to learn if needed (but that depends on time). I am excellent at enforcing server rules and will punish players according to what they have done (rule breaking, disrespecting, griefing, etc). I enjoy helping other people out with anything that they are having trouble with. I can approach problems in a calm, but effective manner.
