The reason I have made this is because I have applied for many admin applicatoins but each time I am to late so if there are any server I could be admin on that woulld be great

Usually you don't post a application outside of a request for admins, I'm sure you're a good player so you can come on my server and try.
Here's some tips,
1) Post in the help wanted section under somone saying "admins/moderator/co-owner needed, You'll have a better chance.
2) Include more information about yourself, age, name, IGN (in game name), information about previous servers you might have been staff on etc. You'll have a better chance
3) Include some pictures of things you've built in the past everyone likes that! (if you're a good builder of course!) You'll have a better chance.
4) Don't quit until you know you've tried your hardest! You'll have a better chance.
