Alright, first off I don't know if this is the right place to put this so sorry in advance if it's not, and couldn't find the answer of google for some reason.

I have java, I reinstalled it even, but I can't use it to open anything. I can't open my forge minecraft server.jar because it will only open with internet explorer, wordpad or those basic things that don't work. If anyone knows what's going on, I'd like to know, and thank you in advance.
