Can't post my server?!?

Hello people,

iam dupception and i have my own server. The problem is i tryd to post it on planetminecraft many times but it says: cant ping make sure the server is online, port forwarded and people can join. i portforwarded people can join (i tryd with my friends and it was online when i tryd to post it. if you know what the problem is please comment.
