Can you try my server?

this is my first time making a server and I would like to know if I need hamachi to run it. Theres a whitelist so put your name on. If you come on I will make you an op. Im also not sure which ip to use so first try 99.17.28.124:2565 and if that doesn't work try 127.0.0.1:55612. I hope to see you on
