I would like to create a
very large and successful network
on Minecraft.
But to do that I need the help
of a few people to allow me to be
able to achieve those hard to reach
goals that seem almost impossible
to get to.
What I am able to do is;
Manage the entire Staff
Team, Make our Logo and
Banners, and I will assist
in all other duties the
best that I can.
I need very dedicated people
to come and join me in attempting
to create this great, large community
for people to come play on.
I need people who sacrifice a lot
of their time so that we may benefit
in our goals.
That means that you can not be
lazy, or stubborn. Because we must
strive for excellence, but not perfection
because we can never achieve
such a goal.
Lastly, I'd like to mention
that the server is not started yet.
But I will handle the initial start up
costs and hopefully for the next

Social Skills: I believe that my social skills are incredible when it comes to online. I know how to please both parties even if they are against each other, I know how to understand others feelings even if I don't agree with them. I like to make sure that everyone is happy with me.
Problem Solving Skills: I would like to think my problem solving skills are a bit above average, I like to think my problem solving skills are above average with the help of my understanding were people are coming from and taking everything into thought before deciding.
What a Good Server Is To You: A good server to me is to have a stable income from donations to keep the server alive, while also having players on constantly and having great staff serve the players of the community.
Why You Want to Help: I want to help because I truly believe with a dedicated staff team, we can achieve to be the best server on Minecraft! I love to socialize with people by being staff on servers.

What a Good Server Is To You: A good server to me is when there is a consistent player base and a good staff team that is online most of the time to catch rule breakers, hackers, etc. I would also like to state that a good server to me is they have a good owner, and what I mean by this is that they don't just let the staff team do everything and is nice to regular players but treat staff very poorly. What I mean is that if the owner is nice to players and doesn't care about his staff, then staff will probably resign and nobody else will want to be staff based on previous things said about the owner. Also a good server to me is a server that can be up 24/7 and not just like 6 hours a day or 12 hours a day.
Why You Want to Help: I think that the server could be a really good network if we get like some good devs, builders, mods, and admins that want to dedicate as much time and hard work as I want to, to make this server a great network and not only a great network but a great community that people want to be apart of and stay apart of.

Declined. You're a bit young for the job and you had bad grammar and vocabulary throughout your applications. Yes, I take aspects like that into consideration. You also didn't seem to have a clear goal and you're not what I'm searching for in a Moderator.
If you don't mind me asking could you tell me what I did wrong in my grammar because I usually check it over.
The mistakes were ones that included hard to spot but still buggy ones, I can't look over it at the moment because I'm working on a product I'm selling.
