[color=#000080][center][b]ColossalMC Is a 32GB brand new factions server where the players are respected and listened to. It currently needs staff, all ranks are available such as[/color] Builder, HeadAdmin, Admin, HeadMod, Mod, Developer, Advertiser[/b][/center]
[center]If you are applying you must be: [color=#000080]respectful, dedicated, mature(but still funny)[/color]. What I look for in a staff: If you are able to advertise you are almost guaranteed a rank, if you are an [color=#000080]aspiring youtuber[/color] who will feature the server in videos that helps to, I ultimately want staff who I don't have to worry about when i'm gone.[/center]
[center][b]If you decide to join ColossalMC you must realise one thing, we aim to be a strong community where any rudeness is exempted so our players enjoy themselves. If you ask for me to check the applications for yours, your chances depreciate, but I will be checking this post every 30 minutes to check for any applicants and I will contact you either through game or skype.[/b][/center]

It is in the main construction stage but will be posted very soon maybe later on today I can give you the ip if you want to check out what I can do. The last bit of experience is having ranks there and there on all types of different servers. This benefits me because it has given me a lot of new skills that I have formed into my own personal skills.

- Staff on any other server? , I am staff on my server because I have had no time till now to be staff, but I am not currently staff on servers, but have been. This will benefit the server because I can then play a lot longer with out other servers getting in the way.

Applying for Head-Administrator. I understand this is the most difficult position to get and successfully fill, but I believe I have the dedication and expertise to fulfill this role.

(Honest) Past experience: I've been a developer and a moderator on two kit PvP servers, I mainly helped design kits and decide arena themes. I worked on a Roman RP that was never finished, and is now just a server for the owner to play survival on. I worked on an RP server for seven months that had various themes before shutting down recently. The theme changes the owner insisted on drove players away. Since I was only an admin I could make no objections, but I was always put in charge of making new ranks for every theme he chose. Therefore my in game group manager knowledge is extensive.
Main skills: I work well with others, and have no difficulty leading a team or managing a large group of people. Whether it's disputes or full blown fights, I can deal with each side individually, and sort out a solution that will satisfy both sides. I'm creative and always have new ideas, I find it difficult to build them since it isn't a skill I've worked on, but have no problem laying out plans for new server features.
Can you advertise: Yes, I know several people that I can bring to the server, and know how to create an intriguing format for server advertisements on forums like this.
