Commandbook

so on the commandbook page theres a [818] does that mean that commandbook v1.5 can run on the current version of bukkit? because i'm not sure how to check what the [818] means but im pretty sure that it means what version that commandbook can run on for bukkit. so does any know if comandbook is able to run on the v1.6 of bukkit?
