Computer Expert Needed!

Hello, i am looking for someone who is fluent in minecraft console stuff, and plugin editing and creating. i want this person to know the ins and outs of everything to run a minecraft server. this person will be given a Developer rank, and be higher then any other staff, this server isnt open yet, but will be soon, please comment, or skype me ( frankis zeimet)if you think you are qualified. im looking for this person to be very personable, and good with people. and at least 15 years old. thank you
