Graphics cards don't matter when hosting ...
Only thing that matters is the RAM & Your Internet.
My Result: Not really.
You can host a maximum of:
5
Players at the same time, plus yourself
The problem is that the internet connection speed is too slow to send and recieve data the data for more than 5 people at the same time.
You're probably better off renting a server instead to have a decent experience.
The internet connection is slow because my internet is being "shaped" for going over the download limit .. On the 4th my speed will be back and I'll do the test again.

but yea i bet you could have like 35-40 MAX on a good day.
lol i gace a 1Gig ram and i had no problem with 17 ppl >.> i also had roadrunner lightning but only one person was having connection issues and he said it was normal beat that with 1 gig ram XP laptop
@milkman yeh it should be fine, but obviously there is a limit to how many people it can host, id say 10 max? so dont go overloading your server with 100 people
Anyways Goodluck here is a guide to make a server if you need just incase

--Is this your hard drive? You need to state how much RAM you have.
Your processor seems just a tad slow but should be fine if you have a good connection. You'll need about 1GB of ram per 10 people you want on the server.
