This is my honest opinion of reading this post.
You have created the server that has already been created thousands of times and is very unoriginal and hated by some older members, I would suggest that you have some outstanding feature, like when my brothers server had an Earth map he had thousands, yes thousands, of people joining his website and trying to get onto the server, so if you have some feature like a cool map or good website then advertise that then I would suggest to find an original idea.
