CoolBearCraft is a clean fast Minecraft 1.9.4 Towny server with an awesome community. We've been around for 2 and a half years and plan to keep going strong! Our server just went through a FULL RESET and we are looking for new players to join us!

CoolBearCraft just went through the process of a FULL RESET, we're wiping the slate clean! This means that we have a fresh new map for players to build on, one that has barely been touched. We also have a brand new economy where previous balances have been reset. mcMMO data was reset as well. This gives new players a chance to get to the top of the leaderboards in both mcMMO and baltop.
With our reset, we also re-did our rank system creating 12 new absolutely FREE ranks for players to unlock. Players join the server at the [Cub] rank and can unlock their first rank upgrade to [Bear] just by going to our server website, registering, and using the 500 free points to unlock Bear in our donation store. Unlocking the other ranks is as simple as playing on the server and having fun. Over time, your hours played will upgrade your rank. Just by playing on the server, players can rank up, giving them better kits and other bonus perks, eventually even access to Creative Mode! Don't want to have to play for hours to become stronger? Well, players can donate to instantly unlock one of our 3 highest ranks available, one of them having access to a Limited Creative mode to build whatever they want to.
One of the unique features of our server are that we have a spawn world specifically only for building in Towns. No building and no breaking in the wilderness means that there is NO griefing. But don't worry, we also have a world specifically for players to forage in to gather all the materials they need to make money and build up their towns.
Our economy is also a balanced one where it takes effort to become rich. Selling just dirt and cobblestone isn't going to get you anywhere fast.
As for plugins: CoolBearCraft has Towny, mcMMO, Silk Spawners, Auction House, various Crates, Marriage, and many other plugins which have custom configurations to give you the best player experience we can!

CBC's Winter events continue as a Snowman Army has begun to invade our Forage World where players go to gather resources. Players should go to the Forage World to fight back the forces of the Snowman Army before they find a way to invade the Towny World and player-towns.
Players who participate in fighting the enhanced Snowmen will be rewarded with extra experience, increased mcMMO gains, snowballs, packed ice, diamonds, and a chance to get custom rare items which are available during this event.

Winter Events on CBC are continuing to go on. Come play Ice Fight, our unique minigame which has received a few changes to make gameplay more enjoyable. There are other holiday events going on, such as lower cooldowns on kits, increase rewards from crates, and special rare snowmen that drop valuable items!

A new minigame with a winter theme has been released: Ice Fight!
Ice Fight is a minigame concept specifically created to be featured on CoolBearCraft and is not available to be played on any other server. Ice Fight is a new advanced version of spleef in which players battle on a giant snowflake, trying to break the blocks below other players with a pickaxe, build defenses and snow forts out of snow blocks, or throwing a limited number of snowballs at opponents to try to knock them off the platform. It's a face-paced minigame where you play not only against other players, but against the arena itself!

1.10 Update! CoolBearCraft has updated to 1.10 (players using 1.9 and 1.11 clients can still join and play the server, though use of 1.10 is recommended.) With the 1.10 update, we have reset the gathering worlds (forage, nether, and the end) so that new biome generation and so that players can enjoy the 1.10 features.
The server spawn has just been decorated for winter and a Secret Santa event is being hosted through the end of December.

We've added some daily playtime rewards for the reset. After playing for one hour, doing whatever, each player will earn 3 diamonds. After two hours, they will earn an extra 5 diamonds. So every player has a chance to earn 8 diamonds just for being on every day.

Post a bump to the server but also an update.
When players first join the server, we've set up an open server town for anyone to join and get started.
You can get to the town by using the command /warp jelly and/or join the town using the command /town join Jellystone. Once you join, you can pick a plot of your own in the town and get started with building a home and having a place to store your items.
