CraftingDead/Rust server needs Devs/admins/builders

Hello, I've recently opened up a new server that is a crafting dead server that will kinda have a bit of rust in it. The way the server works is you join the server and you spawn in a city, but the city's is full of zombies. You can either stay in the city or move out to the wild to build a base and try to survive. In the city there will be guns and knives you can find and use to survive. There are many servers like this but the thing that makes this different is the way you can raid other peoples base and make towns. Hordes of zombies will roam the wild and in the city their will be tons of zombies on the ground. There wont be many animals in the wild which will force you to find another source of food.The map is going to be very big with highways leading to each city along with farms and little towns and stuff hidden around the map. I currently have a dev/artist that will make the custom weapons and objects to be put into the game. There are many more details and if you are accepted i will share them with you.

I need several developers that will create the custom plugins and maintain them while the server is up. Also i need many builders to make the massive city's. These positions wont be payed at first, But when the server open's and donations start rolling in the money made will be split 50 50. Half goes to keeping the server running(host payment) and the other half goes to the devs and maybe builders depending on how good they do. If you would like to apply Heres what i need


Mob dev- This developer will create the plugins that control what the mobs do. Where the mobs go and how they act.
Chest/Loot Dev- You will be in charge of the loot spawning system. You need to make it so we can place chests around the map and they will spawn special items of are choice in them. When a person takes the items out several hours later they will respawn.
Map Dev- You will make sure the map and the overall set up of the server is running smoothly. You are practically a "Head Dev".

I also need many builders to create the large city's that players will spawn in and loot.

And moderators to monitor chat.
