Hey! I'm ModRops and I'm going to make a creative community server with my friend! It's a server that has a city-build and a plotworld. If we get bigger we are going to add survival and minigames and lots of other stuff. Right now we need staff! If we accept you as a staff member you'll first be a helper and then it depends how good staff member you are to get promoted! Ranks are: Helper(right now 2-3), Moderator(4-5), Admin(4-5). We have Head-Moderator and Head-Admin ranks too but you can get them only by being promoted and trusted. If we accept you we will send you file on skype with more information.

What you plan to do for the server: I plan help out to the best of my ability. I promise not to abuse the powers i receive from the one in charge. I am generally friendly and cool to get along with. I haven't had many problems with other players other than trolls.( however i dealt with them) I wont be disruptive to the server in any way. I plan to help others and prevent bullying on the server.
What can you do: I can help moderate the sever and help other members of staff if they are stuck in a situation or just need help in general
Experience: I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on a couple servers, one server in particular was successful and had a lot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on server a while ago. a small 20 slot which usually had 11 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing) I stuck around for a while before it closed.
Why do you want to join the server:I love the minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment.I see myself as a good member of your team.

What do i Kick for? Command?: /kick <playername> <reason> This particular forcibly removes a player from the server, Normally as a punishment. You can add a reason to this command, which shows up on their disconnect message. For example:
/kick RuleBreaker Griefing This would kick the player RuleBreaker, and on his/her disconnect message screen, it would show ''Griefing''.
What do i TempBan for? Command?: /tempban <playername> <datediff> This command kicks a player from the server, and also bans them, preventing them from rejoining for an amount of time mentioned. Unfortunately, you cannot add a reason to the end of this command. The format for the temporary ban times are as follows: /tempban RuleBreaker 1m This would ban them for a total of 1 minute.
/tempban RuleBreaker 1h This would ban them for a total of 1 hour.
/tempban RuleBreaker 1d This would ban them for a total of 1 day.
/tempban RuleBreaker 1w This would ban them for a total of 1 week. It’ll show up as 7 days.

Remember to read the rules! '' I like helping and building so it's no problem at all.

Experience: I have co-owned a server, but it shut down because the owner had to do exams and stuff. Was admin, and did a good job, on another server but it shut down because not much people were donating. Currently a moderator on a server that hasn't got a name yet because it's new.
Why should we choose you over others?: Because I am a very sensible teenager and I can be trusted. I am very friendly but I am serious when it comes to a rulebreaker. I can handle hackers, greifers and other people that break the rules. I am very loyal to everyone, as well as being on up to 12 hours weekend and sometimes 4-6 on weekdays (Because I have high school)
