Hello everyone,
I, PlayerElite, the founder of Creative Construction, am currently looking for any and every type of staff member. From Co-Owner all the way to Builders. If you think you have what it takes, please fill out the application below corresponding to the type of staff member you want to be, but also making sure that staff member role is not taken. Tip: Please make sure you read the responsibilities of each staff member, as this will be crucial in handling things.
NOTE: I am looking for dedicated and mature staff members that are willing to be responsible and that want to make the server a better place for everyone.

How could you create a great player/staff relationship: I introduce myself to the player and get to know they before engaging in the long conversation needing to take place.

Why do you want to be a Chat Mod of CC: I love messaging people, but I also want to make sure people are enjoying themselves. I really want some moderator experience, and I want to start small(ish).
What makes you the best fit for this position: I'm relatively new at moderating, but I believe I can do it. I have a lot of time on my hands and I would love to get some mod experience. I'm not looking to get paid, either. I just want to learn and help out!
How will you improve CC: Moderate the chat and play on the server! Hanging out with the players is pretty important if you're going to be watching chat all the time.

What is your experience on any type of moderation- Well i help on alot of servers and i have earned Mod and Admin ranks on those servers

What ice would you give to someone who had to deal with people younger than them- be patient & try to avoid the use of any foul language. The thing to remember with younger players is that they dont always understand thing the way that you do so try to explain things in a simple way.
How would you handle a situation that got out of control- Always stay calm and give no idication you are frustrated. If players are being disrespectful of staff or other players warn then if they dont listen result to other punishments. If there are any indications of hacking try to get proof before making any rash desitions.

If you noticed a staff member below you out of line, how would you handle him or her: Refer them to the staff rules, and then either demote them or temp-ban /demote them for 5-7 days to regain the ability of being a staff member. If they were doing something extremely out of line, I would ban them or demote them forever.
