Creative Server [NEED TALENTED BUILDING STAFF MEMBERS]

Greetings everyone. I grew up playing on creative servers and towards 2014 they have started to slowly go downhill. I've played on multiple creative servers in the past such as Creation Bay, PI over the past 3-4 years. I had the best experience on those servers and I wanted to make a creative server and try to bring back that feel of free build, creativity and art dedicated to one server. However, to get this accomplished I will need builders and staff members to help me out tremendously. On this server, I want people to take pride in their builds and as you go up in the ranking system, I want the level of creativity and your builds to increase your skill level. The higher you go up in the ranking system, the more strict we will be with how we grade your builds and when and why we will promote you. I will first need some HIGHLY TALENTED builders that show unique skill in various ways showing detail (Cathedrals, Modern Homes etc). If possible, try to put a link of some of the builds you've created. I also need staff members that I can see eye to eye with me and can have the capability to judge builds accordingly by showing detail, and not just an average home made out of 2-4 blocks. [That will not be promotion worthy, put effort in your builds] The ranks will go as follows:
- Novice
Requirements: Simply log into the server and you will automatically be assigned the Novice rank! To rank up,build in the PlotWorld with 32x32 plots that is good enough to impress the admins/mods
- Journeyman
Requirements: A build in the PlotWorld with 70x70 plots that is good enough to impress the admins/mods.
- Craftsman
Requirements:An advanced building that are good enough to impress our admins/mods. Craftsman receives access to work within the Main World.
- Artisan
Requirements: Considered a "step rank". Artisan rank is being introduced so that staff can help builders reach the higher ranks.
- Master
Requirements: An advanced building that are good enough to impress our admins/mods. This rank will show us you're ready for the next tier of ranks!
- Grandmaster
Requirements: In order to receive Grandmaster, a user must create a moderate to large-scale build that has a variety of materials, as well as demonstrates an array of building techniques. Grandmaster receives basic/limited World Edit commands such as //set and //replace, as well as access to the lite version of Voxel Sniper.
- Architect
Requirements: Architect is the 2nd highest, non-staff rank on the server. In order to receive Architect, you must complete a Build that is of large to massive-scale. The build must have a variety of materials, as well as demonstrate an array of building techniques and knowledge. Architects receive almost all available World Edit commands, as well as full access to Voxel Sniper.
-Superior
Requirements: This rank is the pinnacle of building talent. Their works must be impressive on both scale and detail, very few people have received this rank, purely due to the difficultly factor involved with its expectations.
- Moderator
Requirements: Unlike other ranks on the server, Moderator is not one that can simply be achieved through building. The users who receive this rank are nominated by existing members of the trial-moderator team, and then voted upon.
- Admin
Requirements: Admins are the highest ranking users on the server. They have access to every necessary command required to ensure the server rules and expectations are upheld. They are involved with implementing changes and voting upon ideas regarding the future development of the server. People who receive this rank are nominated by existing Admins and then voted upon. People who are nominated for Admin are often long time serving Moderators before hand.
- Owner
An exclusive rank, limited only to the server owner
I need 5 Moderators, 5 Admins that can help show players a wide array of builds that show detail, art and creativity and help show other users on the server how this can be done. Like I said above, 3-4 block builds won't get you a promotion!
Here are a few things I need from you in order for you to get the position of your choosing. Remember what I said about the building skills required and there are 5 Admin spots and 5 Moderator spots.
