Creative Server

im looking for a team that we will make projects with them for fun,i could run the server and make it 24/7 to allow the builder build without time limit and no lag and its not hamachi server.!
What we need is a good building team and to show what mean i took from projects from other people to show.Some examples to show what i want to make with the team:
