[REQUEST / RECRUITING] Decent developer and Builder

I just bought my server for half a year, and I need a team of one builder and one dedicated developer who know basic java and can create things like team-plugins, basic economy plugin, basic gui based shop plugin and some basic plugins for homes, warps, spawn etc. I also need the builder to be able to build decent looking spawn village that will be good for our needs.
