Dedicated Server Help
Does anyone know how to make/run a dedicated server?
Also if you could recommend some good dedicated hosts that would be fantastic.

OVH is fair enough (http://www.ovh.com/us/dedicated-servers/). Their support is bad, but their server hardware is good. The only issue I've had is with their pre-loaded operating systems (Windows 2008, Linux (Ubuntu)). Best to install your own somehow.
