We need the ranks prefixes and perms, and lots of other Dev jobs.

I have alot of experience with groupmanager/PEX to work with ranks and commands and such.I really know what im doing and could easily finish what ever you want me to finish in about 30-1hr.I just need list of things you want for the ranks.I can help in many others ways then just PEX i can add more plugins make plugins and such add more games such as Factions etc.All i want from doing this would be a generous $7 in mid way and ill make your server one of the best because i can get votifier so people can vote and make your server to top plz add me on skype or msg me on PMC thank you.

Darn I will try to learn pex but for now I only know how to use groupmanager and I can make ranks/prefixes with that.
