Hi, I am currently making The Red Jungle, a server that will feature tons of fun minigames, and eventually some awesome custom ones as well, I have a good amount of staff members, but I am looking for a dev, who can be reliable, hard-working and good at what they do. I know a lot about configurations and Commands but coding is still a new thing to me. I code simple things. So if you want me to help, only with errors problems and configuring stuff.

Haha, I have so much to do with the server, that even if I was very good at plugins, java coding, etc. (which I'm not), I just wouldn't have the time to do it. I am looking for a good staff member who could help me do it.
I learned Java...I also have a full-time job and work 12-14 hour days on a daily basis but I still managed to find time to learn, and I started learning 2 months ago.
Then why are you making a server if you don't have time?
Not entirely sure why this is so difficult to understand, but I am working on other aspects OF THE SERVER and need another staff member to help work on another part of the server, this being coding some minigames, helping with problems, etc.

I am making a server, and am asking for someone to help me do that, by helping setup minigames, code new minigames, etc.
It seems for me he ask the dev to create the full server
