Developer Looking For Server To Work On!
Hello I have been looking for a server to apply for but haven't found any that I liked so far so I thought I would post my application and any inquiry's about my services can be made here.
First off I am not charging any money for my services unless i feel that the workload requires allot more of my time,if this is the case I will ask for some sort of compensation but it will not be anything crazy.
Here is my info:
My name is Mike I am 19 years old, my IGN is kickface102. I have been playing Minecraft since 2011 and have since then played off and on. I have been developing/programming/codding for about 2 years, give or take. I first started working with ARMA which is a military simulator that uses SCRIPT. This was what I started with and have since then been mostly working with. I have recently for the good part of about 4 months been using Java. Since then I have been using java and I have been developing/coding small plugins since then.
I am not any expert when it comes to creating custom plugins. As you can see I have very limited experience in general with java plugins specifically minecraft plugins. I will say that there are some similarities with Java and Script which makes it allot easier to learn and I am picking it up very quickly. I do know, from my past experiences, general plugins such as worldedit, permissions, etc. I also have knowledge with servers in general.
Side note: I have a tendency to work better with others close to my age.. I don't have a problem with younger staff but I have had bad experiences with them in the past so please keep that in mind. Also I don't want to put my time and effort of coding plugins if this ends up not working out.. So many times have I set up severs for others and spent countless hours making sure everything works and the server gets shut down a month later. It's nothing against you or anyone personally Its just something that bothers me.
If anyone feels that I would fit in with there server then please feel free to comment and give me a basic description of your server and your vision. I will give skype to people individually for privacy reasons.
