Developer Needed

Hello.. Im searching for a Server Developer to help us out with our Dedicated Semi Vanilla server. We are offering both PvE and PvP worlds and looking to increase our popularity.

Part of a large Game community, but our MC server is suffering from a host of glitches.
The Developers I have on staff right now are are not able to spend the time required and possibly lack the skills to fix the issues.

We need someone who is knowledgeable and has plenty of spare time to see us threw the storm.

Right now my biggest problem is with disconnections I thought I took care of this with getting away from spiggot but it remains. Also my spawn is warping new players to the nether ware they die and leave. In additon once the problems are fixed I plan on moveing right into developing Mini games and areanas for both PvP and PvE. I kneed someone who can get that running glitch free.
