I have alot of experience in setting-up servers. From coding/configuring the plugins to building. I can set-up the permissions for any rank you want.(I can work with PermissionsEx and GroupManager). I've just started coding JavaScript's, so I can't make really good custom plugins, but I will figure out how to, if you want me to.
