We are currently looking for a efficient Developer for our unreleased network called "AresPvP".
We have high standards of what is required for this Developer position, including:
- Responsibility
Take responsibility for your own actions
- Leadership
Take leadership in your own work
- Trust / Reliability
Show that you are trustworthy
- Honesty
Always be honest when it comes to server affecting questions by an Admin or higher rank
- Activity
Stay active on Discord, forums & communication with manager(s) & owner(s).
- Community Expectations
Follow our path of expectations from a set Developer position
If you get accepted into this position you will be tested and taught all of the above.
What we are looking for
We are looking for confident developers that are looking forward with working for a well-made server, showing great effort to not only the community, but there own work.
NOTE: You need to be an active worker who is good with MySQL and can creative complex custom plugins.
What we offer
We like to show gratitude do all of our hard working staff, so as a Developer of certain plugins you will receive 10% of all bought items involved throughout the plugin.
(example: you would get $0.10 if someone bought a $1.00 key from our store)
What we expect
In return of giving you a role in our community, we will have extremely high expectations, you will be monitored very closely and with care, especially at the beginning of your acceptance. If you have a request coming from one of the owners asking if you could create a doable plugin, we expect it to be done between a minimal period of time. We also have the requirements of the developer position above if you haven't read it.
If you are interested in this role, you will have to go through an interview with a Management Leader.
