Well, than they cant do their job, on my server we have limited access to all of our techs as i have banned them from opening most files, i have all files and Root access,
they need to fix plugins upload/download and fix config, and especially on a tekkit server fixing Dupe bugs you will want them fixed even when your offline ?

How much time do you spend online daily?: i spend between 6 & 13 HRS a day on Tekkit, i am on skype from 4:00 AM GST +10 - 11 AM GST +10
Have you used the Tekkit modpack before?: yes i have i have used it since it first originated,
How much experience do you have in administration?: i have had a server for 2 and a 1/2 years and a experienced admin on my partners server and i am a experienced Web desingner and Very experienced with making Banners in PhotoShop
What were your roles and duties on those servers, if any?: my roles mostly were to deal with the plugins (Plugin Manager) and Web manager, i am skilled in all types of programming, but i dont like creating Templates for Xenforo, i have built many websites and work with loads of servers, i am also experienced in Linux CentOS & Debian 5 & 6, i have had a server for nearly 3 years. i even got called at 1 AM in the morning to fix a Towny plugin Malfunction, and i was on withing 3 minutes as i leave my PC on, i fixed the bug in 10 minutes, although it was 1 AM in the morning i was happy to help,
What do you think you can bring to your server, what qualities do you have?: i can be a 24/7 Tech administrator dealing with any Bug's and plugin Malfunctions, also i will build at spawn and deal with them Rascilly Rabbit's out there, and i would be happy to wake up at 1 AM in the morning to help
How experienced are you with Tekkit?: i have been playing tekkit since the first version came out, version 1.0.0 in minecraft 1.1, i have 2 accounts and currently use PsychoCreeper1
