Experience (How much time how you been a developer.): Not to long, I'd say about 2-3 months. I'm actually developing a kits plugin right now.
Why You Think We Should Choose You: I believe you should choose me because even though I'm not the most experienced in java development atm, with your server, and your desire for plugins with give me the will to learn more and more and just get better. I will be able to develop any plugins of your liking. I'm actually currently making a kitpvp plugin, haha. I also do very well when it comes to plugin configuration, I've owned a bunch of my own servers, and even managed a few of my friends'.
