{DEVELOPERS} Need a custom plugin - WILLING TO PAY

Hey everyone,

Introduction
Like many of you, I'm a server owner, and I'm looking for a plugin to measure player inactivity (how long a player has been offline). I know that /seen (username) exists in essentials, but it is a lot of work to go and find every single username of each member.


The Plugin
Ideally, I'd like there to be a leaderboard on the side of the screen when I log in. On that leaderboard, there would be the list of names of all whitelisted users on the server, and then it would say "[username] has been offline for 1 day and 12 hours" next to each member
A plus would be if it would also say "[username] has been online for 10 hours in the last 7 days"

I do not think that this is a very difficult plugin to make, especially since perhaps you might be able to take the /seen command from essentials and use it on a leaderboard? I don't know a lot about plugins but this is VERY important. I'm willing to pay, nothing too high since I still think this is a simple plugin. I'd say around $10 seems fair.
