FallenKingdomz Network is recruiting! We are a developing Network with Factions, Prison, Skyblock, Skywars, KitPvP, and more! We are recruiting many types of staff! We are going to be recruiting Developers, Admins, Moderators, Helpers, and Builders.
The way we are going to be doing things is, if you apply for Developer and you are accepted you will be given one server to help Develop but you will not be given access to FTP or Config Files. We do this because our server has been wiped twice since we have had it. The first time we didn't have backups, the second time we did. If you want anything Configured to your liking we will send you the configuration file and you can configure it then send it back to us. Admins are going to be a Tier Staff Member, meaning you will be Admin on all servers, but you will be limited to your play time. Admins will be able to play but, if something is happening with staff or chat you MUST stop what your doing and go fix that situation. Moderators will basically be watching over Helpers and if anyone needs to be banned then the Moderator will take care of that. The Moderator will report to us how the Helper is doing and if he deserves a promotion. After you recommend for promotion/demotion it will be taken to a Tier Staff and we will talk about it in meetings. Helper will moderate the chat and make sure the server is doing good and make sure the chat is clean. Helpers will also enforce the rules. (NOTE:) To become staff on the server you must go through many stages, after being accepted you will be added on skype. We will then send you the Discord information (Required). After joining the Discord you will be interviewed by me (Shadow) Then you will be moved to be interviewed again from the other owner, (Darkness). If you pass the interview process you will then be given a choice of servers that are open for staff, you will not be able to choose your rank. Most staff will start as helper depending on your age and how the interview goes. When you receive your rank you will be watched over by a higher staff member to see how you handle things the first hour. Then we will leave you be on your own until we think you are ready to be promoted. Any type of staff abuse will result in Demotion and banned from that server.

Past Experience: Yes, I have had lots of experience with server moderation. Some of the servers I have been staff on might be as big or a bit smaller than as Fallen Kindom. Some servers to talk about, as an example of me moderating, is, VPixel. VPixel was a server that launched about 2-3 years ago, when I was first starting Minecraft. I played on there everyday after school, and applied to be a moderator. Keep in mind, this server is a survival server. At the time, the server was averaging around 7-10 people on at a time, which was pretty big to me at the time. Because of me making the server more interesting not only to the regular player-base, but to the staff and owner as well, I earned myself Admin.
How would you deal with an abusive staff member?: I can deal with them by, reporting them on the forums, or demote, if I had permissions.
What can you bring to the server: I believe my presence will benefit the server in a lot of ways. I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfil a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me.
Why should we choose you? Choose me, because I’ve always enjoyed helping people, not only in Minecraft but in real life as well. Being able to help the community would always be something greatly appreciated, I think I would be a good addition to the staff team as I can come on in times where some staff are not usually being online. Also, I would like to be apart of the great team that brings it to its success.
