Devoted Staff Needed!!!

Hello,
My name is Free and I am the owner of a server called Free's Paradise. We have been up and running for about 2 months now. We had some really rough times and also some really good times. When I first created the server I had a pretty well devoted staff, but as the time went on they played less and less and now there is an issue.
What i am looking for is a someone or a group of people that do not currently own or admin another server, but that has been an owner, mod, or admin in the past. Also I need someone good with plugins, building, permissions, and commands.
If you are interested, please contact me (message me). I will have you fill out an application and if all goes well there you will become a Trial Mod (aka Helper).
