This thread is basically all about the title.
You will develop a Minecraft Server, it has to do with knowing how to work with plugins.
Note one thing; You will not be paid. It is for fun and being helpful, not to receive money, although you might get special commands and roles on the server.

-Experience (You should have some!): I've done Java, HTML (CSS and JavaScript), Ruby and Python for about 2 years now making Minecraft Development my main focus.
-How much dedication? (We need full-time.): I can do as much time needed.
-On a scale from 1-10, how good are you at coding?: I'd consider myself an 8-9 considering I can finish projects quickly but that's up to you.
-How good are you at Professionalism and Organization?: I'm a guy you can get along w/ and serious when needed.

Can't type much, not a type and don't want to irritate the reader
-How much dedication? (We need full-time.) Depends, if it's really needed, I will even get on with my phone

-How good are you at Professionalism and Organization? About 6/10 , I can switch between two "modes"- Joking style, serious mode style aka working stype

I have been a staff member of 3 servers (including mine). I am going start of with my own server. 1 year ago I made a server and planing to make it a prison and faction server. I used mcprohosting for my host, they were great they had amazing support people. Anyways, my server went on for a month and I had atleast 5 other staff members that I trust but I was the only one that is in control of the control panel where I add plugins and stuff like that. I loved that server, great community, great people, good plugins. However, it was forced to shut down due to lack of players. But I didn't really care at that point since I was young and I had no clue what I was doing. I was also an Admin on a fairly new server that was growing with people and advertising for staff, that's how I found out about the server. To become an Admin I first had to start of being a helper then mod then admin but before I get to try to aim for Head admin, the server got shut down. I think the things that I did best on that server to help out was being active and being there when players needed me, yes there was some annoying ones that keeps asking for stuff but I try to ignore those ones and help the people who are actually interested in playing the server. I also liked meeting new players and getting to see how they are devoloping. Personally I think I'm a fast typer and fast reader, so I know when there are fights going on in the chat or wrong suspicious comments, and I hate that, seeing people fight over dumb stuff and swearing their heads off. This other server was a weird one and not really what I was expecting when I made the application. This one is weird because somehow this server just accepted me and gave me admin rank with op and everything without even applying for it. I thought to myself "why would they do that" and I found out a day later they had 30 staff members in total and most of them were very inactive. I try to stay as active as possible on that server and everytime I was online, there was no one there. Not even the owner of the server. One day, the owner finally joined. I asked him why don't you make restrictions? I think that might help this server abit ya know. He replied "They're inactive anyway, so why do you care". I said well, that was one of the reason I became a staff member on this server, to help out and I was just making a suggestion that it may be better if you make a bit more advertisment on websites and make people to apply to be a staff member because you can't really trust anyone. At this point he just left the server. The day after, he shut down the server.

I can be very active, just dpends on the weekdays but weekends I have no trouble with.
