Does anyone need a server?

Hello guys, my server has recently become abandoned, and I was wondering if anyone needed it? I am willing to host for any communities/build teams/people just wanting to play. I will even install what plugins you need. All I ask is to be mentioned/included in whatever it is you are doing.
