I Downloaded A World From This Website To Put In My Server And I Put It In My FTP File Access But I Don't Know How To Go To It. I Have Another World [Which Is My Spawn] Would I Have To Delete It?

No you don't, just rename your world to: world1, and then name the world you want, to: world, then you upload it, and restart the server, and it should work!
