Dreske needs Developers! Join for a HUGE and UNIQUE job!
Hello! I am the Head of Development for the server project Dreske!
We are a up and coming roleplay/life simulation server in our development stage looking for assistance in developing! We have the majority of pugin instructions we need for you to code already, so dont worry with being workless!
Now, first i want to tell you some about the server. We are a modern style roleplay server that revolves around a government system. There will be over 100 ranks in alpha testing alone and 300 more in beta. Ranks are considered jobs in the server, players will apply for a "job" and the leader of the business will daily, and upon request( rules will be set up) check the applications for players to join the job. While they wait, they can enjoy auctions, residency, lottery, and our amazing custom town and economy plugin. More soon to come aswell!
The plugin developer team will receive individual leadership ranks throughout the server. They will be marked with a colored nickname or a star in their suffix, due to the system of staff we have. They will be given access to all the fun commands and a kit specifically created for them. Developers will be given a special tribute from the team as a form of gratitude for your services. The development/build/configuration/graphic designer teams has only a possibility to get paid, but that depends on how the server does. After the server reaches needed donations to pay our host, we have a specific but fair payment system for the team. Otherwise, the build time can only be paid in server side stuff as well as becoming part of something big! I know a lot of you love minecraft for developing and do it for fun instead of money, so we are talking to you!

i dont have any proof of developing but i've been studying how people get so "good" at it and what i was lacking in the skill i finally found it out and want to share that art on a server for the first time. I always like helping people and I do enjoy configuring plugins and making kits and donations, etc. I am a hard worker and I do obey and follow they rules that I am givin. This is very good opportunity to learn more about coding and leadership. Most of the time I keep the staff busy with work that has not been acomplish.

Yes, aslong as its not during work hours, which varies most of the time but other than that i'll have 16 hours to work with you guys!

i've been playing minecraft for several years, this past year i've been studying in this with different forums and unique websites

Past experience: I have worked on three servers as admin/developer so far. Their names are VolkGaming, TheKingdoms and CakeHub. These servers have been very popular because of the plugins I make and install. I have also been moderator, helper and other staff positions on countless servers, but I much prefer the role of Admin.
Ability to meet REASONABLE deadlines?: Very good.. Whatever you tell me to do, I will get it done as soon as I can, and will make sure it is done to the best of my ability.
Anything else?: I think it is very important when you are a staff member, to communicate with the players and make sure they are having fun. In the role of admin, I lead from within the pack, not in-front. I will never, ever put myself in front of anybody just because I have the admin rank, and I will make sure that everyone feels included and they are having fun. I really like the concept for your server, it's not like most servers, with factions with a few customised plugins whacked on-top. It will go very far, in my opinion! I hope you consider me for this position..
