Hello! Thank you for taking a look at this thread. I am looking for an early dev team that can help me get my server started. I have a background with server maintenance and managed a handful of servers.

-How loyal would you be?: As long as you are strict with me and set high expectations, I will put myself aside and serve you
-How old are you?: 14
-Past Experience: I have been building for 4 years and have helped many servers, I've also had many staff positions from co-owner to helper and everything in between.
I specifically specialize in rustic interior and exterior but my skills should be of use to your new server.
-If so, what Servers have you been a Staff Member on?:I have been a staff member on MCMortality, Black lilac, StayReckless factions, Bone-mania, Harv's server, Box's server, and many others that are either lost or unnamed.
-Do you have evidence of you being a Staff Member on a Server?: Since most of the servers I was staff on are now closed due to lack of money, I'm afraid not
-Can you do what I ask you to in a timely fashion?: Yes of course.
-What do you use for communication?: I have skype (An_Iced_Frappuccino) Email (Juliannav101@gmail.com) and Instagram (Imogen._Heap)
-Why should I pick you for Staff over others?: I have experience with being a staff member on over 40 different servers, I know the rules and regulations that are required in a staff team. I am also a good builder with years of experience and discipline. Let's just say I'm also more mature than most people. I hope you can allow me to join your staff team and thank you for your time.
