Encrypted Creative is a server that you can build in creative in a Flat or Default world.
For Co-Owner seekers: We are looking for Staff Manager, Community Manager* and Head-Developer**.
*Staff And Community manager can be merged if not enough interest.
**Head-Developer's job is to make sure the plugins and configuration is getting done on time and as efficient as possible.
For Developer seekers: We are looking for Plugin Developer, Plugin Manager

What type of experience do you have: I have much experience working on previous servers. I have been playing Minecraft since v.1.4.7, which is for about 4 years. I have worked as most positions on many servers, but I stopped working and I haven't worked on a Minecraft server for a few months. Nevertheless, I have experience working on servers for different games, and I consider myself an excellent staff member, that will always contribute to the well-being of a server and community. I strive to be a great staff member because I believe that if we are fair and just to someone, they will treat us with respect, thus making a warmer and friendlier community. (This PM account has rarely been used, if you decide to check out my profile). I can be strict and fair at the same time. I can be fun when I need to, but when someone is breaking the rules, and can punish them fairly. Remember, this doesn't mean I don't make a joke or 2 every so often...
Why should we choose you: I am a good thinker and I have an analytical brain. I consider myself creative, and ambitious. My life is devoted to becoming a programmer when I am older, and by helping, I can increase my confidence. I am unlike a lot of people you find on the Internet... I am kind, helpful, I can be strict, and I consider myself smart. I am also a bit of a computer nerd..
I feel like you should choose me because if I am treated fairly, I can treat others fairly and when someone is being rude or negative, I am able to talk to them kindly and offer ways of calming down. I am very experienced in this industry, and with my help and knowledge of Minecraft in general, I can develop a community and I can make sure everyone who plays on the server is enjoying themselves to the fullest. I have a fair knowledge of handling servers, including managing them and owning them. I have a fair amount of knowledge in plugins, and I am a good builder (I have been head-builder and builder on many servers in the past).
Anything else we should know: Thanks for considering me. I hope I haven't come across as harsh or too strict, so just assume that because I haven't applied for a Minecraft server in months, that I just need to work on my application writing.

What type of experience do you have: I've been staff on 6 servers:
HeadAdmin - I was on my friend's server and he let me be HeadAdmin I did the job well until the server expired and was closed, I do not remember any names.
Moderator - On 2 servers. On VesnoMC I resigned because I was too busy and I thought the server wouldn't grow that much so that's why. The other server was very bad and was corrupt of issues so I just left silently.
Helper - On this server I was a helper, but there was a lot of issues with funding so it got messed up and the server had to close and it never re-opened.
Builder - GhostCloud was a great server which I loved, I was part of it's Build Team but funding issues came and now I don't know anything about GhostCloud as I haven't heard much.
Sr.Admin - Senior Admin was hard because I had to watch all admins and when I heard the server was doing a reset, I knew that having to re-apply was very hard, even for the builder position.
Why should we choose you:
Although, I said it was tricky handling staff, that was a while ago and I now have a hang of things. I have 3 reasons why you should pick me:
1. Friendly and welcoming, to be a Staff Manager is not to just be friendly to staff but the players, also. Welcoming new players is vital as it shows what the staff are like, and how the server and community generally is [ in this case, they are all nice and friendly]. Aggressive staff members aren't really needed, as they can scare players or make players and other staff feel bad. Friendly is a key thing as it shows the server staff aren't 'lifeless robots who ban people'.
2. Honest and mature. I have been very honest telling my young age and I do not like anything which is: racist, sexist, rude, sexually meaningful or threatening. Banning players and saying: 'They were X-Ray hacking' even though they might have found a diamond in luck isn't good and will get staff demoted.
Having a mature staff manager gives you a strong staff team who can work well and follow these key things. Despite my age ( eleven ), I am very mature and honest, I do not even snigger at the slightest rude things, I am serious but can be funny if it's a little joke or pun.
3. Helpful. If your not a helpful staff member then you should be demoted. Being helpful on the server's forums, and on the server is needed. Being helpful on forums is: checking reports of players, checking applications. Although, there isn't a forums yet that is not needed for now ( tell me when there is a website ). Being helpful on the server is:
- Helping people in chat if they ask questions or are saying someone breaks a rule.
- Making sure chat is clean and safe.
- Checking messages so no-one is threatened or scared.
- Making sure staff do not false ban or hack or break any rules.
Anything else we should know: I am Polish so if there is any grammar mistakes that's why.
I have a schedule of how long I can be online on a day:
Sunday, two to five hours online.
Monday, 1.5 to 4 hours online.
Tuesday, 2 to 3 hours online.
Wednesday, 2 to 4 hours.
Thursday, 3 to 5 hours.
Friday, 3 to 6 hours.
Saturday, 4 to 7 hours online.
Holidays, 4 to 8 hours online per day, { if I have gone somewhere I might not be online }.

Why should we choose you: I believe I should be picked because I have plenty of time to dedicate to the server. I can dedicate around 5-6 hours daily. Another reason is I do know how to code and configure plugins. I would say I'm strict when it comes to hiring staff for servers. I will always hire the best staff for the server. I also think I should be picked because I'm honest, hardworking person. I enjoy hanging out and getting to know others.
