Are any of you interested in changing the minecraft community, for the better? Becoming known as one of the pioneers in the minecraft community? Or being part of a HUGE project? If so... this might be the job for you.
Over the past couple of months we have been building our network. We have a fully functional and custom coded OP factions server. Our developers are very knowledgeable and know everything there is to know. We have many youtubers with 1k+ subscribers. We are in the process of building survival, hunger games, sky wars...., Our playerbase is nice and well knit, but we are beginning to realize how huge this plan is. Our current staff isnt enough, We need some more people to help us out.

Global admins-
Staff Manager (SM): Staff Manager is in charge of maintaining the network. It is the Job of the Staff Manager to supervise all of the Tier-3 staff. Staff Manager must be keeping track of the tier-3 staff and making sure there jobs are being done properly. This person is responsible for scouting, Interviewing, hiring, removing and replacing new staff.
Server Supervisor (SS): The Server Supervisor is in charge of making sure that every server on the network is being well maintained. The SS must review each server as much as possible, looking for bug and issues. The SS must be making sure that all the servers on the network are running properly. The SS must assess each server at the end of the week and report the assessment to the Staff Manager.

Why Should we choose you over someone else?
I think you should consider me in your choice of Admins because I am a person who wants to help players who have questions or problems and run and manage a server professionally. I want to let players know that someone is there to help them and guide them throughout the game. I would make sure no one is preventing another player from having a good time. I'd keep rule-breakers out of the server and enforce the rules properly. My predominant goal is to help players and get to know the community from a administrators perspective. Not only I want to help players but I want to help this community grow and expand in many ways. I bring ideas and thoughts to the table and have an enthusiastic attitude. I would work as a team to improve the way we moderate and help players. I am open-minded and have good listening skills and incorporates all ideas in order to expand this community. I want people to enjoy playing on this network and stay active on the server. I have even more ways to contribute then moderating such as bringing ideas to the table, working in a professional and mature manner, and would communicate with other staff members as a team and keep others ideas in mind in order to improve and keep the community running.
As a administrator, your main focus is about the players. Making sure everything is under control and managed properly. Treating players the way you want to be treated and being mature and friendly to the players is important as well because you don't want do it in a mechanical, hostile way. It sucks when someone treats you like that. If you try for a more humane approach, it's better because they feel more welcome even though they might of broken a rule on accident. If someone did break the rules and it was there first time on, I would refer them to the rules and tell he/she to read the rules even if he/she read already to prevent and make sure that player is familiar with the rules in a friendly, mature and humane way. It's important to act like a teacher so they don't break the server rules. Now if someone breaks a major rule like griefing then I would need to hear from both sides, then make a decision. As a helper, you have to understand it was an accident and they probably didn't do it on purpose in some situations and understand they will probably not do it again. However, it's important that you point out what they did, in a calm and friendly manner and ask them to be careful in the future. The other person related in the conflict might not be satisfied with the punishment but I would never cave in to their demands. It's my decision not theirs. We're all players, we're all here to have fun, we're all humans and we should use our humanly common sense and capabilities to evaluate the current situation/what just happened and take action (or none) accordingly. On the other hand, it's important not to be too lenient either. Always better to try and ask why they did something before punishing them for it. I want to treat players in a respectful and kind manner because it means the world to them. It's important when your being too lenient, if the player keeps breaking the rules after multiple warnings then you make the decision. It's important as an administrator to make sure this is YOUR decision not someone elses. In brief, being a administrator is about managing and helping. Helping new players understand the rules, helping people become better players and making sure everything is running smoothly. It's not about showing off power. It's not about being more important than other players. Administrators who will focus their attention on giving warnings at the slightest rule break do not deserve to be a Admin. I know it's important to be lenient when it's accidental or minor, but not be a push-over either. Answering players questions accurately and efficiently is also very important even though you might not think it is. In order to be an admin, you need to provide and give information in order to answer a question correctly, if you don't have this information available for players or give out false information then it looks bad on yourself so it is important you have knowledge of answers for players questions such as commands, rules, etc.
Not only focusing on the players but focusing on the server and ways we can improve is important. There is always a place of improvement and I found that on every server I have been on. To be able to work as a staff team and not individually is important because if there is no communication going on then there is no way to improve. I can help improve the server and benefit this server to my fullest. If that means staying up late then I will stay up late. If that means bringing ideas to the table and putting those ideas to work then I would do so. In the end, this is why I would like to be a admin, never for popularity or power, but to help players, get to know the community, incorporate ideas, show my dedication and pride for the server, and benefit the server to my fullest. Instead of being a bystander on the server, I am ready to prove that I have what it takes to moderate, get to know the community, and make sure everyone is having a good time on Established Network. Making sure players questions are answered so they are not left clueless and not only being dedicated to the server but staying dedicated and staying active is important. This is why I would like to be an Administrator on Established Network.
Past Experience:Yes, I had experiences as a staff member on numerous servers. These experiences really helped me become a leader and someone who knows alot about moderating and interacting/getting to know the community. These servers eventually died out but I got alot of knowledge from them such as knowing how to act when someone breaks a server rule, when and when not to give a punishment, how to react when a player is disrespecting you, and not only moderating skills but how to work as a team, how to keep players coming back, and how to properly moderate a server.

I'm a very experienced minecraft player, modder, and builder. I have owned my own server called OriginPvP in the past, and I do know how things work as a staff.
As you can see in my PMC profile, I have created several mods and builds. I can help with plugins, builds, and etc. Also, I'm experienced staff from the past, and I know how everything works, what to do when something happens, and my responsibility as a staff. At the past, I only switched server when the server i was working on went down. I'll take my responsibility and stick to one server as a staff, until the very end.

I always wanted to create a community like a family, where everyone would have fun and enjoy their time, however I failed this in the past in my own server, and from that I have become a better leader. I have learned from my mistake and I know better than anyone else, what it really means to be a staff and what we must do, to improve the community. Through the experience from the past, I could make the most out of it to help you guys.
Past Experience:
First of all, my first experience as a staff was in server called MCDestiny, where I was just a Trial Mod, and then I made myself up to Head-Mod until the server went down. And soon, I got scouted into a server called RecktonPvp, where I got accepted as a moderator, and I've been there for 2months until server went down. Then, my friend got a server, so I was accepted into a Co-owner, and really did hard because It was my first time being in a high authority of a community. After, I got my own server called OriginPvP, and I've learned a lot about plugins, and commands. Soon, the server closed. I was thinking to play as a normal player in faction server, but I ended up signing up for head-admin position in RazerNetwork. I worked in that server for quite a long time ( can’t remember) and then I left.

Why Should we choose you over someone else?: You should choose me because I enjoy working and am a "workaholic", if you will. It is somewhat of an addiction for me. I enjoy Minecraft and enjoy working for people, especially on Minecraft servers. It always gives me a thrill, and working on servers helps me better myself in my communication skills, management skills, and how to be a better person in general. Applying these motifs on this server will help the server out because I am a dedicated person who would be more than happy to contribute whatever I can towards making the server a better place for everyone.
Adapting from the above stated, these are all personal qualities that no other person can fulfill to the fullest extent that I am able to see accomplished. I would be extremely dedicated to working for this server, as I see management as a passion that no other person can outmatch.
Past Experience: I have a HUGE amount of experience with working for servers, primarily in staff management.
-I have worked for a server known as the TCNetwork as the Head Administrator, managing staff left to right, in charge of disciplinary issues, and making sure everyone got along with each other.
-I have also worked for SkyDoesMinecraft's pixelmon server called SkyPixelMon. here, I worked as a gym leader, battling players so they can proceed throughout their journey in the server. This experience taught me how to communicate with others on a more professional basis, and has helped increase my vocabulary and communication skills.
-I was also the Human Resources Manager/Head of Staff for three servers known as the Astrocraft Network, Balcones, and the Fallain Network. I had the same position as I did in the TCNetwork, but I had more of a role in these servers because I worked with using databases and managed employee information, making sure it is accessible by anyone who needs to see it.
-For experience in the real world, I attended a USC summer seminar for a month on teaching me skills in Human Resources Management, Public Relations (stuff like being a publicist and giving people a good image), and Accounting. This is the one experience that taught me everything I need to know to do my job efficiently, on-time, and correctly.
-Putting my experience from my seminar into action, I volunteer my time as an Accountant at my local hospital (during the summer and vacations longer than a week). I manage customer information and present reports to my boss whenever he needs a phone number, insurance information, etc. I have also worked with databases before with my local hospital, and helped out with managing and making income and expense reports, which is something that I am more than happy to do for this server to manage donations and monthly/annual payments for servers and software needed to run this server.

Why Should we choose you over someone else?: You should choose me because I enjoy working and am a "workaholic", if you will. It is somewhat of an addiction for me. I enjoy Minecraft and enjoy working for people, especially on Minecraft servers. It always gives me a thrill, and working on servers helps me better myself in my communication skills, management skills, and how to be a better person in general. Applying these motifs on this server will help the server out because I am a dedicated person who would be more than happy to contribute whatever I can towards making the server a better place for everyone.
Adapting from the above stated, these are all personal qualities that no other person can fulfill to the fullest extent that I am able to see accomplished. I would be extremely dedicated to working for this server, as I see management as a passion that no other person can outmatch.
Past Experience: I have a HUGE amount of experience with working for servers, primarily in staff management.
-I have worked for a server known as the TCNetwork as the Head Administrator, managing staff left to right, in charge of disciplinary issues, and making sure everyone got along with each other.
-I have also worked for SkyDoesMinecraft's pixelmon server called SkyPixelMon. here, I worked as a gym leader, battling players so they can proceed throughout their journey in the server. This experience taught me how to communicate with others on a more professional basis, and has helped increase my vocabulary and communication skills.
-I was also the Human Resources Manager/Head of Staff for three servers known as the Astrocraft Network, Balcones, and the Fallain Network. I had the same position as I did in the TCNetwork, but I had more of a role in these servers because I worked with using databases and managed employee information, making sure it is accessible by anyone who needs to see it.
-For experience in the real world, I attended a USC summer seminar for a month on teaching me skills in Human Resources Management, Public Relations (stuff like being a publicist and giving people a good image), and Accounting. This is the one experience that taught me everything I need to know to do my job efficiently, on-time, and correctly.
-Putting my experience from my seminar into action, I volunteer my time as an Accountant at my local hospital (during the summer and vacations longer than a week). I manage customer information and present reports to my boss whenever he needs a phone number, insurance information, etc. I have also worked with databases before with my local hospital, and helped out with managing and making income and expense reports, which is something that I am more than happy to do for this server to manage donations and monthly/annual payments for servers and software needed to run this server.

How would you deal with an issue between two parts fighting over something or an ideal? The best way to deal with this is the way that makes both members happy, by ideal do you mean items? If its items, id inquire whats the upset, if one is clearly in the wrong id explain whats the matter, and either make him return the items or have him get his items back, what ever it may be. As lnog as both parties leave happy youve done a good job, as now they will stick around.

How do you think you could benefit us? I think I could benefit you because I am very active, I will help the staff get there jobs done, I will control the server, and I know what to do if the server goes down. My activity is the main thing that "Blows" people's minds away. I will always be on the server at LEAST 6 hours a day and at most 9 hours a day. However I'll be online in my Skype for 20 hours a day, so if there is an emergency I can get on and fix the problem. If I get Staff Manager no staff will be slacking off, if they're slacking off I will talk to them, give them a warning and make them work hard. A server cannot be a great server with staff that ignore players and don't do there jobs correctly. I will always control the server in an appropriate way. I will not abuse my powers, but if a staff member apir even just a regular member abuses, or breaks the rules I will punish them. If a staff member breaks the rules I will have no problem with temp demoting them or perm demoting them. However if they didn't know the rule I would give them a warning. I will be strict to keep the server intact and at the same time I won't ban someone for doing something that wasn't that serious and didn't need that type of punishment. If the server was getting ddosed, or it crashed, I would be the right one to fix it. I have had many past experiences of high ranked staff that had access to console. This means I know what to do if the server goes down or if there is an emergency that needs to be fixed in console I will know how to fix it and I will fix it fast.
Why Should we choose you over someone else? You should pick me to be staff becaus e I know how to punish the people correctly, I don't abuse, I know how to code, and I will always make sure the server is running properly. If someone just breaks a minor rule I will give them a minor punishment. However, if a staff member abuses or breaks server rules that are major, there will be correct punishments. Some punishments could be demoting them, ban, banip, kick, mute, tempban. Etc. I have never once abused in my life! Abusing is for people that don't care about the players that make the server the server, abusers are people that only care about what type of power they get and how they will use it on people that don't deserve it. If I abused I would hate myself forever, I only like being staff on servers because I like helping people. If you don't like helping people, you're not meant to be staff. If the server is in a tough spot and something needs to be changed in the configuration immediately I will know how to do it. I have saved many servers before doing this. I will do it correctly and I will get it done right. If their is just a small configuration problem I will make sure that staff are handling the server before I go into console and fix it. If Helper somehow gets a command they're not supposed to get I know how to take away the perm they have too.

The second biggest was AwesomeSause, this server had around 90 players at it a time when I resigned. The rest were pretty small, but they still always had 20 players on them. In my experience as staff I have never once been fired, or demoted. I have always resigned because there was a lazy owner or a problem that I couldn't fix because I didn't have enough perms. I was once a SM with not OP, and the server crashed and K couldn't do anything about it and k got yelled at. I calmly told him that it wasn't my fault and I resign.

Well i like to help people I like to develop as well as example there is a plugin called bouncy beds and you basically bounce on the bed so that is a fun thing and other fantastic plugins and really just wanna warn those hackers to stop hacking. hacking is illegal so you really do not want to do a illegal thing so that's why i would like to help the server also when they are adding new ranks. And i can also find things to create a big impact that would support your server and more people join the more intense it gets..And I will bring a lot of jolly things to your server that will impact your server with creating a better server.I can bring commands/ideas to your server as well.I can bring also respect by controlling player's behavior like not swearing and saying mean thing's to each other.I will bring a much a joy as I can because I think I am very interested in your server indeed.

Past Experience: Well i have been staff on many servers. I have been an helper Moderator Admin Owner and Co-owner and Developer on multiple servers. I am at the moment a Co-Owner on server called RevengeMc. I been staff a lot for server i applied for. I was an admin one one server and i have a responsibility of watching the server while higher staff weren't on. I have a lot of experience on handling a server with 30+ players on at once even by my self i could help everyone out. I even ran my own server hosting once and i made a lot of money but my friend that ran it with me took all of it so i gave up and just tried to start my own little server and grow from there. I stop for a while and then just tried to apply for other servers and help other people out.
Extra: Yes something about my self: I'm a guy in Portland there loves to play minecraft. I began early in the minecraft beta version. Minecraft is just my free time. I know what responsibilities I have and I know how to be a front figure for players. Even if I get pissed off by someone I will do my best to make the situation better on a calm and professional way as possible. And I'm usually very positive. I'm also beginning to be on the forums every hour to check some stuff and give feedback and advice.
Past Experience: Well i have been staff on many servers. I have been an helper Moderator Admin Owner and Co-owner and Developer on multiple servers. I am at the moment a Co-Owner on server called RevengeMc. I been staff a lot for server i applied for. I was an admin one one server and i have a responsibility of watching the server while higher staff weren't on. I have a lot of experience on handling a server with 30+ players on at once even by my self i could help everyone out. I even ran my own server hosting once and i made a lot of money but my friend that ran it with me took all of it so i gave up and just tried to start my own little server and grow from there. I stop for a while and then just tried to apply for other servers and help other people out.
Extra: Yes something about my self: I'm a guy in Portland there loves to play minecraft. I began early in the minecraft beta version. Minecraft is just my free time. And as many people probably knows that it is hard sometimes in the human life so I've considered that "I'll always be happy there's nothing to be sad about. It's just a game" And by the way. I love to help people, specially you guys /girls because I would not have applied as Moderator if I wouldn't help anybody, I won't abuse it. And banning hackers if I am getting a staff rank who have access to ban hackers. Hackers is not worthy to play on the server. I will be helping the people who needs help, and usually being kind to everyone. want to say I will do my very best if I'm getting staff on the server, and I'm ready to stand up discussions against the people that wants to discuss for some reason. And As I have previously mentioned, I have been Staff on a major PvP server and Owned a server too. I believe this increases my chances of getting the staff role compared to other people who apply. I am experienced with commands and I am extremely kind and confident with players when talking to them, which is an essential skill for all Staff members. I'm attentive to anyone who needs help in game, and can be as active as possible in game, on the forums and in Skype Chats. I believe I bring skills such as activeness, kindness although I can be strict when I need to be; I am very good at finding hackers and catching people who are not following the rules in game and in chat. I am also very professional when it comes to speaking to players and other members of Staff. How do you think you could benefit us? I can benefit the server in many ways. The main ways that I can help your server is with my organization skills and my drive to make a server succeed.
Organization Skills: I have been apart of a few decent sized networks (300-500 players). With those servers I either wrote or co wrote a Staff Manual for all staff to follow. I will make one for this server also if I was to be accepted. I also like to keep everything that is happening in a google doc for me to easily keep things organized for the server.
Drive: I have always been a self driven person. I have always wanted to be the best I could at anything that I have ever done. Whether it was doing robotics in school or running a minecraft server, I always did what it took to be the best.
Why Should we choose you over someone else? There are many reasons why you should choose me over any other applicant. The main reasons are my dedication to a server and my experience of being staff on servers.
Dedication: When I look to get staff on a server, I always do it on the intent to stay with the server for a long time. I stay with the server until the day it is no longer in existence. I work as hard as I can for the server and defend it no matter what.
Experience: I have been staff on minecraft servers ever since I started playing minecraft. I got my first minecraft Staff position in June of 2012. Ever since then I have been every rank from Helper to Owner on a server. I have worked with many successful Minecraft servers and have taken what I have learned from them and have taken that to help make other servers successful.
Past Experience: Well I went from Mod to OP Admin on a server called Gizmo Prison. They are now called Gizmo Servers. I was with them for a little over a year. I helped them with a little bit of backend server stuff (plugins mostly). Which is where i learned how to do configs and how to setup servers. After I left that server, I went and helped a few friends setup their own servers for a few months. After that I took about a 6 month break from minecraft because I lost interest in playing the game. When I came back I decided I wanted to work for some bigger networks. So that is what I did. I worked on a Skyblock server of a decently big minecraft server (250+ players daily) for like 4 months. After that I decided I wanted to try helping a server from scratch. I got on board with a server that was in planning and was Coordinator ( pretty much we planned all the events and server gamemodes) for a server before I got promoted to Staff Manager. They never launched due to lack of funds unfortunately.

If staff where fighting I would ask what the problem is and why. If I can't work it out then I would notify you. What can you do for the server?
To start things off I have not once been kicked or banned on any server since I started playing minecraft, I hope to make this server big so new people can always come to this server and enjoy themselves and make new friends from new places. Their are always people that enjoy ruining other peoples fun that is what I loathe the most what I wish to accomplish is that their would never be any swearing or insulting others on this server and that their should be no people on this server that would only join to ruin other peoples fun. Also as I said before i don't like people swearing at all the reason behind that is that there are children that come and from as young as 7 to play and I believe that children that young should be learning swear words from games such as this which is age rated as 7+ game.
Also if need I can help out with building all the way from little houses to mansions and skyscrapers. but that's if its needed for example like back up if no one else can accomplish it.

I enjoy interacting with as many people as i can i like getting people together and make new friend i will always try to solve any problem to the finest and if I cant I will get someone that can (another member of the staff) my main skill is to talk to people calm them down, bring out the truth out of a person, I'm able to deal with people child, teenager, young adult, elderly. Past Experience: I have been developer on a fair few different servers. Here is a list of some: ZincBox, Cubescape, OrchestraMC, MCImperium, VenixMC Network. I have also developed for a lot of smaller servers (not as a developer position, but just creating custom plugins for them). I have experience with PHP, HTML, JS, C++, CSS - these languages i am very familiar with, but not 100% fluent - i am fluent in Java, and SQL.

How do you think you could benefit The Ayku Network? I think I would be able to benefit the Ayku network by providing efficient results if something bad were ever to happen. I have quiet a bit of experience with running servers off of a machine without using applications such as Multicraft or McMyAdmin. I am always free since I am currently taking a gap year as I have just recently graduated from highschool.
Why Should we choose you over someone else? I think you should consider choosing me because of the extensive amount of free time I have considering I do not currently have a job or have school. I am also available 24/7 as I always have access to the internet wether it be from my desktop, laptop or my phone.
Past Experience: The past 2 years I have been working with my own 32GB machine where I used to host a website and around 8 servers connecting with a proxy server known as bungeecord. I did use lilypad for a while but it was quiet a hassle to deal with.
What is a VPS server? VPS stands for Virtual Private Server each VPS has it's own operating system installed onto it wether it be windows or linux. On these virtual servers you are able to install a multitude of programs, host a website and host many types of game servers.
What operating systems are you most familiar with? I am most familiar with Linux CentOS and Debian. I have used both of these OS in the past.
What is SSH? SSH is an interface that allows you to interact/give remote access to the VPS or dedicated machine. You are able to do this with programs such as PUTTY, personally since I am running mac I use the program that already comes with this operating system called Terminal.

I can deal with Stress and keep a good eye on Chat as well as the little things! I'm also very Active! I would be on everyday almost (Wouldn't be on if something happened around the house you know)

If a server were to be DDOS'ed how would you deal with the situation? Personally I have never been DDOS'ed or any of the Servers I been on were DDOS'ed... So let me think. I would most likely look for the person... Of course! And gather as much evidence as possible then I would take action! But I would confirm with the Owners and Head-Staff that I was right before takein' action
Do you know Any Programming Languages? Oh my... No I know nothing about Programming! That doesn't mean I can't learn. But like I said before I was out to social side of things. Not tech
