EvolutionCraft Pixelmon NEED [HELPERS][GYM LEADERS]
Hello!
Me and a few friends have just opened up a Pixelmon server which allows pokemon in Minecraft!
We have the map fully built but we are in need of some gym leaders and staff to help the server run smoothly!

What are some of your strengths?
I am very familiar with type advantages. Fire is strong against grass, ice, bug, and steel. Steel takes less damage from all except fire, ground, electric, fighting, and water, and it is immune to poison. Multitype poke's have their weakness/resistance multiplied, so swampert is 4x weak to grass because ground is takes 2x and water takes 2x, while skarmory takes only 1/4x dmg from bug moves due to 1/2 dmg from steel and 1/2 dmg from flying, this can also nullify weakness/effectiveness if they cancel out like empoleon vs. fire. STAB also applies with type advantage so if arcanine uses flamethrower its power is 1.5x and if its against snivy then its 3x effective(1.5x2). Abilities can also affect type effectiveness such as how gengar should be 2x weak to ground due to poison typing but levitate makes it immune.
I am also a very Exprience pixelmon trainer and i know alot about what to use and which is a good pokemon with the right moves and the right nature.

How long have you been playing Pixelmon and/or Pokemon?
've been playing Pokemon games since Pokemon Red. I've played all the games up to the new ones. (Only because they haven't come out yet) I also play Pokemon Go but that isn't a real Pokemon game. Also played the first two Mystery Dungeons, Pokemon XD on Gamecube along with Pokemon Stadium, and Pokemon Snap on N64.I've been playing pixelmon since 2013 so roughly 3 years.
If we were to accept you, why do you believe you would make a good Gym Leader?
I think I should be chosen for Gym Leader because I've grown to really love this server. The community is great and overall, just being on the server is a great time. I strongly believe that this server is very potential of reaching new heights and soaring above the other pixelmon servers to become very great. Although I have not been on for very long, I believe I can help out the Gym Leaders by adding another active member to the team. What I plan to do is for the players, and what really matters when you're a server owner is making the players on your server happy. I want all those "Aha!" moments like when players tell all of their friends to come on the server and play with them just like I have when I first started playing on this server. :p I am willing to give it my best shot and put as much effort as I can to serve my duties as Gym Leader and maybe one day become as great as our current Gym Leaders. , I know not the goal of a gym leader but still. I am also very respectful toward other players, I don't like being disrespectful because that makes players hostel and they start to hate the server. I really enjoy the server and its a lot of fun I would love to make the server a better place by helping the experience of players by letting them battle gyms!
