Why do you wish to join our Administration Team? - I wish to join my administrative team because I've recently left an admin position (on good terms) and I feel like I have something to give back to the Minecraft community. I've been an admin on the same server for the last five years, and over that time I have learnt all of the essential skills as well as certain plugins. I believe that I can bring a certain level of maturity, friendliness as well as professionalism to your Minecraft server. I am more than capable of answering any question that anyone fires at me, and my grammar is decent too. I can also be someone who interacts with players and makes them feel more welcome. It's not always serious after all!

What experience do you have with dealing with troublesome players? Give examples, and tell me what you did to correct the situation. - So we had a girl and a guy on the server. The girl was about 12/13 and the guy was about 18/19. The two were e-dating (you heard that right) and the guy was making the girl say things to other people. He was also stopping her speaking to her friends on the server. I saw this instantly as abuse and split the two apart. The girl was young and the guy had told her that if she stopped speaking to him then she would be in trouble. I have also dealt with griefers, trollers, racists, homophobes, xenophones and the likes. Nothing suprises me and nothing gets past me.

What Staff Rank's have you been previously on different servers? - So from 2011 to 2012 I held a Mod rank on a friend's server. From 2012 to 2017 I was Head Admin on a creative server.

How many Staff positions have you held before? - 2 positions officially.

I'm not sure why being admin on another server is ban-worthy, but it doesn't matter because I currently hold no other positions.

Would you be able to help donate towards our network's costs and future goals? - No, sorry. I got scammed in the past and since then I've made a pact to not invest any IRL money into any server.

I have years of experience dealing with a range of issues by the players. I am approachable and I can answer all questions. I'm very friendly and I am more than happy to give people a server tour or to help people out. I'm okay with plugins and I'm good at hosting server events as well (I used to host UHC). I am mature and confident and I am not easily intimidated by trollers or scammers. I believe that I can give encouragement to the rest of the team as well as support, and help your server to flourish.

Why do you wish to join our Administration Team? - I see this server shows promise the creator of this post put alot of effort into the application process and i can see that he is mature by his wordings and his rules, I wish to work on a server that shows promise instead of a server that dies out the instant it is made
My way of judging a server is to see how thier staff behaves because staff represent the server in all means. I can set a role model for staff by behaving with the utmost maturity and professionalism and that will grow the playbase and the trust that the community has in its staff. noone would want to join a server where the staff are immature
I wish to make a change in a server. Because minecraft is now dieing because of kids running the servers and people losing interest in servers as they have nothing new to offer. i wish to be a change an a new bond in all those ideas and make minecraft great again

Give examples, and tell me what you did to correct the situation. - Well about a year ago i was staff on a server named vulcanmc which was pretty good but the owner was running the server in a very bureaucratic way and everything had to be run by him. Bans mutes kicks everything. how ever one day the owner was not on and one of his best friends kept racially abusing me a and i couldn't do anything about it as i was just a lower ranked helper so i recorded our chats and screenshotted his convo and post it on the staff group. The owner was reluctant to take action but he eventually had to as the staff pressurized him alot.

What Staff Rank's have you been previously on different server's? - I have previously owned servers and have helped out with permission managament with alot of them ive been moderator on a few servers and once i climbed my way from helper all the way to the top to a co-owner

How long can you come onto our network daily? (Hours) - 3+ hours on Weekdays. On weekends, almost all day, unless other wise. If there is something, I will tell you guys!

Why do you wish to join our Administration Team? - I believe that this server has a lot of potential. I have been on a staff team for 4 years, in that course of 5 servers. I believe that they all had the potential, but everyone always ends up giving hope, and the server ends up failing. This server by the way it was presented, drew me in, and I knew I wanted to be apart of the Administration Team. This server has so much potential, that I believe that with my skill sets, the server can do great. I work well with others, especially if they share the same passion that I do. To make this server the best it possibly can.

What experience do you have with dealing with troublesome players? Give examples, and tell me what you did to correct the situation. -
Scenario A: The player is spamming in the chat nonstop.
Consequence: I believe that they should be muted. Spamming is not only against most server rules, but very annoying. If they continue even after the Mute, I would kick them. Again, teaching them that spamming is against server rules, and would not be tolerated. If they continue after that. I would have to resort to a Temporary Ban. If a mute, and a kick are not teaching them a lesson, I would have to hope that Temporary Banning them would teach them a lesson. If they continue even after the Temporary Ban, I would have to resort to other consequences.

Scenario B: The player is making racist and homophobic comments.
Consequence: I believe that again, they should be muted. Each comment should be 10 minutes long. So if they make 5 inappropriate comments, I would mute them for 50 minutes. I believe that no one should be ridiculed or made fun of them because of their Race, Gender, or Sexual Orientation. Minecraft servers, especially Hub servers are a place of joy and having fun with friends. Or even making friends with the community. A hub server should be for having fun, not for arguing.

Scenario C: Players are in the Chat are arguing.
Consequences: I believe that again, they should be muted. I would mute them for a short time, maybe 5 or 10 minutes. After that, if they continue I would warn them to knock it off. If they continue after that kick them. If players and even a staff member have to warn them and tell them to knock it off, to me that is a huge problem. No one wants to listen to people arguing in the middle of a chat. Not to sound rude, but if you are to argue, argue in Skype, Discord, etc. I would want to make this an enjoyable place for everybody. Not for people who just want to bicker and fight in the chat.

What Staff Rank's have you been previously on different server's? -
[Owner]: DiamondPVP (A small PVP type server that my friend bought, but I mainly ran for him)

[Co-Owner]: ThunderPVP (Again, a small PVP type server that my friends brother bought, that I helped out a lot in)

[Admin]: TankPVP. This server I could rant on forever, but here’s a brief snapshot. I was an Admin on a server called TankPVP. The server got around 50 players a day, and had a large community. I applied to be Moderator because they were short handed with staff. I become Moderator and within that week I became Admin, and basically ran the server. I was the only staff member on that server, and ran the whole community by myself. The owner told me that he only cared about the money and that if I needed too, I could just run the server the way I wanted to. So I did. We had a lot of fun, had a lot of Events, Which won people some free ranks. The server got more popular as a whole, and got more donations. When the Owner came back to run the server, the server went down in donations, and people started to play less. Eventually, I was the sole member of the staff team, and actually had to buy the server. ($300 a month). With the help of the players, I bought the server, had it up for 6 months, and the server was popular. Eventually, I could no longer afford $300 a month, and sold it to another person. I ranted on about this to prove that I am someone who if they love the server they work for, they will do anything to keep the server open. I am dedicated, and I hoped that prove that I am capable of running and Administrating a server.

Community Manager: I was a Community Manager on Multi-Void Network. My main job was to manage the community. Make sure the players had fun, and made sure everyone got along. I loved this job with its availability. I got to interact with the Community and was to enjoy and play with the community. I was also the only person in the Multi-Void Network that did not get paid since all I wanted was to just enjoy and play with the players, not focus on the money and get paid.

I believe you guys should choose me for Administrator for many reasons. Although, there are more qualified people than myself, i have the determination and skill to help a server rise from nothing into a good server. This server has SO MUCH more potential than any other server i have helped with. In TankPVP, I was the Administrator that cared SO much about the players, that I put the server and the players WAY before my financial state. I could NOT afford $300 a month for a server. But with the help of the community. Also, I am sort of more than an Administrator. I help test plugins for Developers, and when I have to learn something in order to help the Server grow as a whole. I have a lot of Administrative experience for my young age, and believe I can be a huge asset to the team.

Introduction: Well, my name in the real world is Ty. I'm from Boise and I live with my family. I just started Sophomore year of High School AT a new school, and It's going pretty well considering I do most of my homework during Lunch Period. I have enrolled in the computer programming elective at my school, and I find it quite enjoyable. I am already very experienced with the computer as I've been playing for seven years, so often times I'm helping my peers learn how to code. Playing minecraft is not the only hobby that I have, although its arguably my favorite. I also play a lot of football. I play it casually with my friends in the park, but I also play in a league. Last summer I found out that I had a broken verabrea so I stopped playing, but Im now into creating films and photography !

Why you should be Admin? Throughout my time as a player, I have grown to be both a very experienced and confident staff member. Many of the situations I encounter on a daily basis require the use of the staff-teams tracking plugin, prism. I have become very familiar with this plugin due to it's high necessity. I have also become excelled at handling situations involving conflicts between players. Often times, I decide to talk one player out of arguing before I confront the other. This makes calming the argument much easier, as I do not have to get into the middle of the player's actually fighting. After settling the one player, the argument usually dissipates. I then warn both parties, and they usually make up. In theft cases, I try to talk players into resolving the situation diplomatically. Instead of just banning the player, I first ask the player if he would like to see if his items can be returned. Often times, players take a liking to the idea of this and it results in a lot less players being banned while people are kept content.

What are your weaknesses? I can be stubborn. In situations that I do not know exactly how to handle I will try to figure it out on my own. This works out for me, but it does limit the efficiency at which I work, which is something I need to fix. I also speak with too much haste. I often will write a few sentences answering a question, and I will have to rephrase as what I said was unclear. This is also something I feel I need to work on.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: When I used to run a server of my own, many of the same elements of performing as a staff member were present. Ranging from checking logs to resolving conflicts.

I have owned many servers and they have failed to mature due to lack of time, but now that i'm free I cant wait to get back into MC!

Give examples, and tell me what you did to correct the situation. - I caught a kid X-raying once and, as per guidelines, gave him a warning first and tempbanned him for 1 hour. 2 hours later, I caught the same kid using Forcefield and Autosoup on PvP, and perma-banned him as per guidelines. Also I once caught a kid using a hack which I don't know the name of to get into the staff-only area, and was ordered to perma-ban him immediately.

How long can you come onto our network daily? (Hours) - The time really ranges if I have plans that day, mondays and Thursday's usually aren't good for me but every other day I can be on for at least 2 hours, but definitely more on some days.

Why do you wish to join our Administration Team? - I would like to join this administration team because I have recently gotten back into playing this game because I did take a break from it, I am back and I will be active. I was just browsing through planet minecrsft server recruitment since I'm looking for a job on a server (preferably a network) and I found this one! I read the image above and the rest and everything suits me well. I have been looking for a few days now and have applied on one other post, of course if I get accepted here and there I will be staff on here only.

If a player won't stop spamming even when another staff member asks them to stop then I will give them a warning, if they don't stop them I'll mute them for a certain amount of time, when their mute is over I will temp-ban them, if they still don't stop it will be a ban.
If a player is hacking and I see it I will ban the player.
If a player is disobeying a staff member I will ask he or she to stop if they don't stop I will temp ban them.

What Staff Rank's have you been previously on different server's? - I have been Mod, Admin, Head admin, Co-Owner, Owner, Manager, and staff manager.

Why do you wish to join our Administration Team? - I wish to join the administrative team because I am looking to get back into Minecraft server administration. I have owned and operated many servers in the past with large amounts of frequent players and then I got out of Minecraft but I recently thought it would be fun to join another server team and share my skills and experience.

What experience do you have with dealing with troublesome players? Give examples, and tell me what you did to correct the situation. - I would prefer to answer this question in the discord rather than type out an extensive reply.

What Staff Rank's have you been previously on different server's? - I have owned and operated 3 100+ player servers. I have held admin positions on many other servers as well.
