Experienced Admin, Owner, Builder, and Manager for hire!

My name is Connor. I've been out of the server loop for a while here so if this is in the wrong format I apologies.
So, I've recently re-aquired a computer (Mac OSX 10.0.7) and am looking to back into the minecraft server game. I'm a pretty easy going person but I'm not afraid to dish out punishment where it's due. I believe in "Innocent until Proven Guilty" so I'm not the type to dish out suspensions and bans without concrete evidence that they broke the rules or the spirit of the game. For minor laspes in judgement or character and minor logical fallacies on the comprehension of the rules I tend to give one single second chance before a suspension or ban depending on what was done. If it's a major boo boo I bring the hammer down swiftly and justly (I.E using mods like Scenter). That's really all you need to know about how I handle problems within the server. I'll put my experience below followed by my time table.

Owning my own server
Co-Owning 2 servers
Administrating on 6 servers
Building on countless servers
Spawn Building
Arena Building
Plug In management
Player Moderation
Resource Pack design and management
Staff overseeing and managing
World Edit, World Guard, Towny, Factions, and Economy Plug Ins
As for my Time Table I am readily available from 8 am - 5:45 pm on all week days (except holidays/stat holidays) and from 10 pm - 3 am on weekdays and weekends. not to be a dick but it dosen't work this way you actually have to go and apply for servers
Don't worry about being a dick my friend! I know. I'm just trying to get my name back out here. I haven't been doing this since the release of about 1.7.2 and we are over 1.9 now. I'm just looking to help out the little just starting out servers who need a hand with general stuff. I'm not looking for money or even recognition. Just to help out.
Any References? Considering that you have been spamming posts with the same message i want to hear from another owner what your capable of doing.
I can certainly try to acquire some. I've fallen out of contact with most of the people I was working with or under but I'll see if I can track any of them down for. Though I cannot guarantee that I will get anything back for you in a timely fashion. If anything I put what I put there because it is truth if you can't take me by my word then don't but give me the benefit of the doubt and give me a chance anyways.
