Experienced Server Setter-Upper For Hire

Hello! My name is Shtoobie and I have being setting up minecraft servers for over 2 years now. I have owned 3 servers, and managed a few others also. I am familiar with the Mcmyadmin and Multicraft control panel, as well as running a server from home with no control panel. I can make your server do whatever you want, however I am NOT a mod or plugin developer, so please do not post inquiries about custom plugins. For any inexperienced minecraft players looking to start up a server, I can configure it however you need.
What I can do:
Set up a basic server
Set up bukkit, tekkit, spigot, spout, etc.
Set up a whitelist
Fully configure permissions on groupmanager, permissionsbukkit, or pex
Set up slots, motd and other things like that
Install any plugin you want
Configure any plugin you want (I have experience with hundreds, and can pick one up easy)
And basically everything else other than building and custom plugins
Payment:
Setting up servers can take an hour, or it could take a month. I do put lots of my time and work into this, so I do feel that it's fair a receive a payment. Depending on what you want me to do, the price will vary. For a very basic server, it would cost you about 3$, and something on the larger scale roughly 15-20$. I accept Google Wallet and Paypal. I'm open to half and half payment, but to prevent being scammed I want some compensation beforehand. I promise you I am trusted and won't scam you, and you will just have to take my word for it.

To order just reply on this thread with a rough idea of how big the job will be. (No lists or details please, we'll discuss that later) and I'll PM you with my Skype. We can discuss the details, and I'll get started as soon as I can.
*Please remember that I will not host your server or buy a domain for your site. Enjin or Wordpress sites CAN be done for an extra fee.*
